Welcome to Flatout Fresh!

We’re confident that we are better than sliced bread and our mission is to show you why that’s true.

This blog was created out of a passion for great tasting, healthy food and our commitment to your happiness. It is meant to serve as a place where fabulous people like you can come together to chat about recipes, fitness, family and fun. Our goal is to create a gathering place for people who can look to each other for answers on these important topics.

That said, we have created four distinct characters for you to meet and interact with.

    I just started using Flatout wraps in the past month. I eat healthy 5 days a week and then splurge on the weekends. Some of those splurges may include a crunchwrap supreme from taco bell. I crave them during my “healthy week night meals” so I started using the wraps to surround a veggie burger and add some cheese and hot sauce. So good and so low calorie! I just may kick my weekend fast food binges..but you know-that may take some time.

      Thanks for sharing, Colleen! We think the veggie burger, cheese and hot sauce combination sounds delicious. Kudos to you for working to eat healthy 5 days a week, too. We’re firm believers in everything in moderation – that’s what keeps eating fun, after all! Great to connect with you 🙂

    Just discovered your products last night at the grocery store. It was only me last night for dinner so I went in to get an already made chicken at the deli. I discovered your Flatouts and thought..Hmm this would be a great pizza!
    I sprinkled Olive oil, garlic, salt, oregano and black pepper on the Flatout, topped that with a little shredded cheese, shredded 1/2 of a deli chicken breast, diced up some tomatoes and added them to the layer and topped that with crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil.. I then baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes.. Yummy It was delicious.. and the fact that the Flatouts are so low in calorie and tastes so good means I will be using them a lot!! I’m making grilled chicken and caramelized onions flatout wraps for my husband tonight! Thanks for coming out with something new and different and tasteful!!
