Changing the Definition of Picky Eaters {Video}

May 12, 2010

In a previous post, I’ve talked about fun ways to change the definition of picky eaters from its traditional negative connotation to a more positive one, where kids become picky enough to want to choose wholesome, healthy foods – such as fruits and vegetables – over a bag of candy.

Today, we’re taking the notion one step further by talking with Flatout’s very own Stacey Marsh! Stacey and her husband Mike created Flatout out of pure passion for great tasting, healthy food back in 1998. You can read their inspiring story on the Flatout website.

As business owners, Stacey and Mike wear many hats. At home, they take off their business hats to focus on being parents to their two young daughters. Stacey strives to teach her children ways to make healthy eating choices – and she wants to share her ideas with you!

Check out the video below to hear Stacey’s best tips for making her kids “picky eaters” – in a good way!

Keep it simple. Keep it fun. And remember – teaching your kids now will last a lifetime!
