Sometimes the best way to “move it, move it” is to load your iPod up with a killer playlist. There is something about a great soundtrack that pumps you up and motivates you to run faster, lift more reps and generally dominate your workout. We’ve been looking for ways to mix up our playlists this week, and even asked our Flatout Facebook fans which songs motivate them to hit the gym. Here are our top ten summertime playlist picks.
