Last weekend, a member of our team here at Flatout tweeted about a yummy summertime treat:

Flatout Tweet

The question sparked a few fun answers from our followers, including Kim from @mentallyinked:

We were happy to see that, soon after, Kim satisfied her craving – in a Flatout FABULOUS way!

We also received a response from @SageMom that got our wheels turning:

Haven’t tried s’mores yet? If you like chocolate, marshmallow, graham crackers or any combination of the three, you won’t be disappointed! It’s also a summertime favorite around the camp or bonfire.

Flatout has its own version of a s’mores recipe – and the best part is, you can recreate it in your own kitchen. No fire needed! We recently asked Megan Marsh, the daughter of Flatout co-founders Stacey and Mike, to show us how to create this ooey, gooey masterpiece.

Check out her video below – and stick around for the recipe at the end of this post!

Flatout Crazy For S’mores

Ingredients:

  • 1 Flatout Light Flatbread
  • 1 tbsp. of (sugar-free) hot fudge topping
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of marshmallow topping
  • 8 honey maid graham cracker sticks
  • 3 tsp. mini marshmallows

Directions:

Spread hot fudge over the Flatout wrap. Drizzle marshmallow topping over hot fudge. On one rounded end of the Flatout, layer graham cracker sticks and mini marshmallows. Roll, cut and enjoy!

If you try the recipe at home, let us know what you think in the comments!

We’d love to hear your fresh perspective!

  • Are you a fan of s’mores? If so, what’s your favorite component?
  • Do you host or attend bonfires during the summer?
  • Do you have your own variation of a s’mores recipe? If so, share it with us!

Bon appetit!

Very nice!! I used the multigrain crisps because I didn’t have graham crackers. It had a really nice sweet & salty thing going on!

Great idea to use Flatout flatbread for the s’mores! Hmm, s’mores are starting to sound really good right about now … 😀
