Healthy Back-to-School Lunch Options: Ham, Olive + Honey Mustard Wrap

I can’t believe it is already my final week of healthy school lunches with Flatout! Time has flown by!

The kids have been in school now for over a month and have really started to get into a groove. Working on this campaign has really helped my husband and I to instill in the boys a sense of healthy food choices, not to mention lunchtime creativity!

Our final recipes involve olives and feta cheese, which might seem daring to some, but if you can get your kiddos to try it, you might find that the zesty flavors will suit them just fine!

Ham, Olive and Honey Mustard Flatout Wrap

This wrap is great cold or heated up!

  • 2 oz smoked ham lunchmeat
  • 1 tbs olive spread
  • 1 tbs honey mustard dressing
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • feta cheese (optional)

Fall-tastic Orange Slices

  • 1 orange cut into slices
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp mixture of sugar and cinnamon

Snackers

My boys love to stack food… and Legos!

  • Low-fat turkey pepperoni
  • Skim chedder cheese cut into slices
  • Wheat crackers
