Welcome to November! We hope that you and your families had spook-tacular Halloween weekends.

If there is one thing we know for sure, it’s that there is likely to be an abundance of sugary snacks around the house this week! Other than creating a candy drawer, the best way to ensure kids don’t eat chocolate or licorice sticks at every meal is by giving them delicious, whole foods to eat.

Easier said than done, right?

Our founder, Stacey Marsh, has one hectic schedule! Here is one of her quick and easy healthy recipes for her own daughters that takes just 20 seconds to put together. Add some fresh fruit and a bowl of soup on the side and you’ve got dinner on the table in less than 5 minutes.

Flatout 20-Second Quesadilla

Ingredients (makes 1 quesadilla):

Directions:

Spread two slices of cheese along the bottom half of the Flatout wrap. Fold over the other side of the wrap to seal. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 20 seconds. Serve with fresh fruit and a bowl of soup topped with EdgeOn Crisps, if desired. Enjoy!

You can also add protein in the form of diced chicken or sliced deli meats for an added bonus!

We’d love to hear your fresh perspective!
