Earlier this week, we polled our Facebook community on what questions they want answered from Flatout founder Stacey Marsh. The result was a great list of intriguing inquiries!

We’ve decided to start a monthly column centered around these topics. We’ll select a few of the questions from Facebook, Twitter and the blog to answer in more detail through a post. Get those thinking caps on!

Here are the answers to this week’s questions:

1. Can you make a place in your website recipe section where we can post good recipes to share using Flatouts? – via Rick Carpenter Sr

Great idea! We currently have a recipe section of our own, but will definitely be exploring the idea of creating a forum or shareable marketplace for customer recipes, too. There are so many great ones out there.

2. Why can we not find the new Flatout crisps in Dallas yet? – via Laurel Wright

So far, our crisps have been test marketed in select targeted areas. They will be nationally distributed in January!

3. Would you consider making a dessert line? – via Tara Engels McGovern

Another great idea! We’re always open to new suggestions and keep them in mind during our planning meetings. For now, we hope you try and enjoy any of the dessert recipes featured on our website!

4. I would like to see more coupons offered. Would be nice to see a collection of every ones recipes favorite in a cookbook. Maybe it could be made into some kind of contest and the money you make from the sales could be split be between you and a charity. My local Walmart does not carry all many different product types that you have, it would be nice to see them carry wider selection. – via Vicky Lybarger

Thanks for the great feedback, Vicky! We hope to utilize more digital coupons next year and are working for wider distribution of all of the products we offer in 2011. As for your cookbook contest – we have added it to our list of “big” ideas. Great one!

5. Can you make me a sandwich please?! – via Tiffany Kelly Ard

If you are ever near our factory in Saline, Michigan, let us know. We’ll see what we can do!
