Eat Right With Color!

March 4, 2011

March is National Nutrition Month, and all week we have been celebrating by eating healthy, colorful foods! This year’s initiative is called Eat Right With Color, and we are delighted to do our part.

We polled our friends on Facebook and Twitter to come up with a list of foods under every color of the rainbow. Below is what everyone came up with! We think you’ll find this list to be a great resource whenever you want to add a splash of color to your diet, whether that means eating more veggies, incorporating more fresh fruits or simply becoming more adventurous with your palate!
