Where To Find Flatout Products: Part Two

March 21, 2011

Back in November, we shared our best tips on where and how to find Flatout at a store near you. Today, we are delighted to take the entire search process one step further by revealing our newly improved, more user-friendly store locator!

You can find the store locator at the same URL as before (click here to go there directly) on our company website, www.flatoutbread.com.

But now you are no longer limited to searching by state to locate the names of grocery stores that carry our products in your area. Instead, you can search by specific product and zip code to pinpoint the store that will best satisfy your Flatout craving!

As always, once you’ve found the location closest to you, make sure to look for us in the deli and/or bakery section, instead of the bread aisle. In most cases, this is where you will find us!

And if your favorite product isn’t available – request us! Click here to print out the Special Request form and give it to the manager at your local grocery store. Once the store knows that enough people want the product, they are more likely to start carrying it on their shelves!

***

Still no luck? You can post on our Facebook walltweet at us or send us an email. Make sure to include the store name, location and what product you would like them to carry. We can’t guarantee they’ll carry it, but we want to do everything in our power to get you the product you’re searching for!

You can also buy product straight from our website. However, a minimum of seven packages of any combination must be purchased when ordering online.

Our goal is to get you the products you are searching for in the most timely, efficient manner possible. Whether a store carries our product or not is sometimes out of our hands, but the continued feedback helps us understand what you’re looking for and how we can help you receive it.

Never hesitate to reach us directly with a request, question, comment or concern!

We’d love to hear your fresh perspective:

  • What is your opinion of the new store locator? Any and all thoughts are appreciated!

      Hi Aleeta!

We apologize and are working to fix the issue with our Light Italian wraps. In the meantime, you can send your inquiry to feedback@flatoutbread.com and one of our team members would be happy to ensure your next purchase will be an even better experience!

      Cheers,
      The Flatout Bread Team

I bought a package of Flatout baked chips, hoping for a new crunchy treat. I was disappointed to find that they were rancid.

Please send me information how to treat your flatoutbread so the individual slices will not glue together. Lately it’s getting worst.
I keep the packages at normal refrigerator temperatures.
    Bela
